Just a quick fix here. It was brought to my attention that Mike Venafro asked for his release. So there ya have it, his choice, my bad. Guess maybe that was his early birthday present (his birthday was the next day lol). Unfortunately, I can only go by the little information that I can scrape up from various areas, none of which are too extensive at the moment.
